The Rolex Milgaussgot his name from the fact that the watch can resist magnetic fields of up to 1,000 Gauss. So much for replica watches to replicate huh? Nice Rolex engravings on the dial’s inner circle, all the right markings present on the black dial and the markers are also precise. Thunderbolt orange seconds hand which is the Milgauss trademark is nicely done. Green band on the edge of the scratch-proof crystal gives it just the right green crystal color to match the original. Japanese automatic self winding mechanism ensures a good, precise and reliable life span which takes your worries away.
So far my friend had only good words about this Milgauss and he still likes it very much even after more than 6 months have passed since he got it. Reported no problem what so ever, I actually called him before I started this article and he reassured me that this is a good choice and a good quality watch, We even had an experiment on this one and tried to peel off the back sticker as he was very skeptical about the sticker fading away in time. It surprised us that we could not take it completely off, that the sticker is very well glued on and still in the same shape to the day. Enjoy the photos.
The watch is fairly simple in design with no day or date but just a classic time teller. What makes it special are the color combinations of orange at 3, 6 and 9 o’clock lines and the one and only thunderbolt orange seconds hand. It comes in three models, two have a black dial with a crystal variation and one has a white dial. All have the paramagnetic protection system that make this watch one of a kind in so many ways. The original will cost you in excess of 7k so pretty much for people like you and me this is a long shot if not a desire that will never materialize.
